Did you know that caring for and repairing the clothes you already own is the best way to maintain a sustainable wardrobe? Our Cashmere Repair Service offers a range of mending solutions to revive cashmere that has seen better days, be that a quick moth hole fix up or a repair rethink for wear and tear.
All of our repairs are done by hand using reclaimed cashmere yarn unravelled from waste cashmere knitwear we can’t mend.
Our mending services are entirely bespoke as we believe that every mend is unique.
How Repair Service Works
Step One: Make an enquiry
If you'd like your cashmere repaired by us, simply fill in the form below and we will get back to you with a bespoke quote.
Step Two: Send us your knitwear
If you're happy with your quote, we'll then ask for you to pack up your cashmere securely and send it to us at the provided address (we'll give you this once you let us know that you're happy to get going!)
Step Three: Knitwear repair
Once your knitwear has landed with us, we'll get to work with repairs using which ever method you have chosen - we offer invisible, disguised and visible mending options.
It takes up to 4 - 5 weeks for your mended items to be returned to you.
Step Four: Washing
If you've decided that you'd like us to recondition your knitwear after it's been repaired - we'll arrange for full cleaning ahead of returning your pieces to you.
Step Five: Return
Once repaired and reconditioned, we'll package up your knitwear nicely and return it to you safe and sound via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
